You have developed new motors and want to comprehensively test them? The e.con Universal Converters offer the possibility to optimize the control method, pulse frequency, and even pulse generation itself before the target converter is available.

Even targeted fault conditions in the motor or converter can be investigated. Initially, rotating field frequencies up to 1.8 kHz are possible. If this is not sufficient for your application, we are happy to discuss the available options in a personal conversation.

We place great importance on adapting our Universal Converters to your needs. Naturally, during the on-site commissioning, you will also receive individual, customized training to maximize the benefits of your system.



Performance Features:

  • Pulse frequency adjustable freely from 1.25 to 15 kHz during pulsing

  • Rotating field frequencies up to over 1.5 kHz

  • Free switching between sinusoidal PWM and space vector modulation during pulsing

  • Free switching between pulse extension and pulse blanking

  • "Protection times" for commutation freely adjustable

  • Automatic (almost currentless when switching on) orientation of rotor position without previous explicit orientation run with high current

  • Free adjustment of the current angle or optionally the current components

  • Continuous monitoring of motor condition and reporting to the operator
